What does "peer-reviewed" mean?

Answer

Peer-reviewed is a term that describes articles that, prior to publication, are sent out to specialists in the field who evaluate the article's quality. If an article appears in a peer-reviewed journal, that means that the content meets this higher standard.

When you use EasySearch, peer-reviewed publications are marked with an icon  .

You can limit your results in EasySearch to only retrieve peer-reviewed results, by clicking the Peer-Reviewed Journals facet.
